🔹 Overview
The Indo–U.S. Arbitration & Mediation Hub invites applications for its Internship Program focused on cross-border arbitration and dispute resolution.
This program is designed for law students and young professionals seeking exposure to:
- International arbitration
- Commercial dispute resolution
- Cross-border legal frameworks
🔹 Areas of Exposure
Interns will work on:
✔ Arbitration proceedings (research & drafting)
✔ Case preparation and documentation
✔ Legal research (India & international law)
✔ Investment and commercial disputes
✔ Institutional processes and arbitration frameworks
🔹 Nature of Work
- Assisting in preparation of pleadings
- Research on arbitration laws and precedents
- Drafting summaries and case notes
- Supporting procedural documentation
🔹 Eligibility
- Law students (3rd year onwards – 5-year course / final year – 3-year course)
- Strong interest in arbitration, ADR, or international law
- Good research and drafting skills
🔹 Duration
- 4 weeks / 8 weeks (flexible)
🔹 Mode
- Offline at Head Quarter Nokha and at Miami
