🔹 Overview

The Indo–U.S. Arbitration & Mediation Hub invites applications for its Internship Program focused on cross-border arbitration and dispute resolution.

This program is designed for law students and young professionals seeking exposure to:

  • International arbitration
  • Commercial dispute resolution
  • Cross-border legal frameworks

🔹 Areas of Exposure

Interns will work on:

✔ Arbitration proceedings (research & drafting)
✔ Case preparation and documentation
✔ Legal research (India & international law)
✔ Investment and commercial disputes
✔ Institutional processes and arbitration frameworks


🔹 Nature of Work

  • Assisting in preparation of pleadings
  • Research on arbitration laws and precedents
  • Drafting summaries and case notes
  • Supporting procedural documentation

🔹 Eligibility

  • Law students (3rd year onwards – 5-year course / final year – 3-year course)
  • Strong interest in arbitration, ADR, or international law
  • Good research and drafting skills

🔹 Duration

  • 4 weeks / 8 weeks (flexible)

🔹 Mode

  • Offline at Head Quarter Nokha and at Miami
