Indo-US Arbitration and Mediation Hub Announces Empanelment of Advocates as Arbitrators

The Indo-US Arbitration and Mediation Hub is pleased to announce the empanelment of distinguished legal professionals, Ms. Pallavi Parmar, Advocate, and Ms. Vriti Gujral, Advocate, Supreme Court of India, as Arbitrators for international commercial arbitration matters.
This empanelment reflects the Hub’s continued commitment to strengthening its panel with competent and experienced professionals dedicated to advancing efficient, credible, and globally aligned dispute resolution mechanisms.
Ms. Vriti Gujral brings over a decade of extensive experience in litigation and arbitration, with appearances before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, multiple High Courts, and key tribunals including NCLT, NCLAT, Competition Commission of India, and National Green Tribunal. Her areas of expertise include corporate and commercial disputes, arbitration, insolvency and bankruptcy, competition law, and constitutional matters. She has worked with leading Senior Advocates and has significant experience in arbitration-related proceedings and advisory for both domestic and international clients.
Ms. Pallavi Parmar, an Advocate based in New Delhi, holds qualifications in both science and law (B.Sc., LL.B.) and is engaged in legal practice with a focus on civil and commercial matters. She has demonstrated a strong inclination towards alternative dispute resolution, particularly arbitration, and is committed to upholding the principles of impartiality, efficiency, and procedural fairness in dispute resolution.
Both professionals have consented to act as Arbitrators in international commercial arbitration matters and will be engaged on a case-to-case basis, with fee structures ranging from INR 50,000/- to INR 5,00,000/- per empaneled case, depending on the nature and complexity of disputes.
